MITCHELL S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Sixty-year-old Daniel Leroy Ringuette was found guilty by a Turner County jury on all 46 counts of crimes against a child. The charges include First Degree Rape Domestic, Aggravated Incest, and Sexual Contact with a Child Under 16 Domestic. The designation “domestic” indicates it is a family crime of incest as opposed to a sexual attack on a non-relative.
The crimes were committed between 2016 and 2023. Daniel Ringuette will be sentenced on July 15, 2024, and faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
