Three Dead, One Suspect at Large After Lower Brule Shooting

LOWER BRULE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Three people are dead, including the suspected shooter, after gunfire broke out early Monday morning in Lower Brule. According to the Tribal Chairman two victims were killed, one suspect is in custody, another died from a self-inflicted wound, and a third suspect is still at large. Authorities reportedly said they have reason to believe the third suspect has left the area. The shooting reportedly happened near an old boat ramp following a powwow.
