Mitchell Volleyball

The No. 5 Kernel volleyball team will face Brandon Valley on the road tomorrow. They’ll play at Brandon Valley high school with freshman & JV playing at 4:30pm, sophomores at 5:30pm and varsity at 6:30pm.

DWU Golf

The Tiger men’s golf team will be in action over the next two days. They’ll compete in the Firestorm Invitational at the Verrado Founders Golf Course. Time is TBA on the DWU website.

DWU Soccer

The Tiger women’s soccer team gets their postseason action going tomorrow in the Great Plains Athletic Conference Quarterfinals. They’ll take on Hastings at Lloyd Wilson Field in Hastings, NE at 7pm. DWU is the 6 seed and Hastings is the 3 seed.

DWU Volleyball

The (RV) Tiger volleyball is on a road trip tomorrow. They are set to face the Briar Cliff Chargers in Sioux City, Iowa at the Newman Flanagan Center. The match begins at 7:30pm.

DWU Basketball

The Tiger basketball teams will have their first doubleheader of the season tomorrow evening against Bismarck State (ND). The No. 9 ranked women’s basketball team will play first at 6pm, followed by the men’s team at 8pm in the World’s Only Corn Palace.

NFL

The Minnesota Vikings were in action yesterday. It was the JJ McCarthy game in his first bit of action in a while. He scored three total touchdowns for Minnesota in their 27-24 win over the Detroit Lions. Tonight, will be Monday Night Football. It’ll be a game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Arizona Cardinals at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX at 7:15pm.

NBA

The Minnesota Timberwolves (3-3) are in action again tonight at 6pm. They’ll be on the road taking on the Brooklyn Nets (0-6) on Peacock.
