SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) At 95 years old, Don Phillips of Sioux Falls is rewriting the record books at the National Senior Games in Iowa. Competing in his age division, Phillips captured gold across multiple events, including sprints and shot put, and set national records in the 100- and 200-meter dashes.
