PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The South Dakota Department of Transportation wants to hear from the public about two projects that are in the works. They’re the Highway 45 Reconstruction Project and the Highway 14 Traffic Study in Miller. DOT will hold an event next Tuesday, April 8th, at the Miller Community Center starting at 5:30 p.m. One-on-one discussions with design staff will be offered afterward.
