HURON, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The South Dakota Supreme Court is considering disciplinary action against Huron attorney Tucker Volesky. Justices heard arguments on Wednesday over his handling of a family ranch dispute case. The State Bar’s disciplinary board accuses Volesky of filing frivolous lawsuits, making false claims about judges, and showing poor judgment, recommending a 30-day suspension of his law license. Volesky’s attorney argued for public censure instead, saying he is remorseful. The court will issue its decision at a later date. For more Government stories from MitchellNow.com, Click Here.
