SD Special Olympian Takes Silver Medal

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) South Dakota’s own Special Olympian skier Nick Mills is bringing home a silver medal from Special Olympics World Winter Games.  Mills earned silver in the slalom at the games in Italy.  Special Olympics South Dakota shared the big news on its Facebook Page Saturday. The Sioux Falls native also finished fifth in giant slalom and had a seventh-place finish in Super-G.
