PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) South Dakota congressman Dusty Johnson has introduced legislation which would do away with Government shutdowns. The legislation as proposed would continue government funding at current levels when congress could not agree on a new continuing resolution or budget, allowing the government to remain open.
