Part Of East 5th Avenue Closing In Mitchell Due To Construction

MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — Mitchell is closing East 5th Avenue between Gamble and Kittredge Streets on Monday, with the disruption lasting for the foreseeable future.

An alert released on Friday says the shutdown will begin on July 13th at 7 a.m. and will continue until the construction project in the area has been fully completed. Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area by using alternate routes.
