MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Mitchell’s Commerce Street is getting another boost for local businesses. The city’s Planning Commission has approved plans for five new retail shop spaces at 1006 Commerce Street, each featuring a storefront and garage door. Developer Justin Thiesse, who recently completed two other multi-unit commercial buildings now fully leased, says the new spaces will help growing businesses expand without the high cost of building their own facilities. Construction will add to Thiesse’s Commerce Park, already home to a variety of retail, service, and commercial tenants. For more Government stories from MitchellNow.com, Click Here.
