SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) A mural inspired by the Big Sioux River is now complete in downtown Sioux Falls.  Local artist Joe Schaeffer helped lead the project after Downtown Sioux Falls received a 15-thousand-dollar grant from the Gilchrist Foundation.  Schaeffer says the mural was interactive, allowing people to draw symbols and their names on it to symbolize the movement of the Big Sioux River.  For more Government stories from MitchellNow.com, Click Here.
