MITCHELL, SD (Mitchell Now) — The City of Mitchell Street Department will begin snow removal in District A at 11 p.m. tonight, December 1, 2025, and residents are being asked to move vehicles off the streets ahead of plowing operations.

City officials say all vehicles must be removed from streets within District A before the 11 p.m. start time. Any vehicles left on the roadway will be ticketed and towed to ensure plows can clear snow effectively and safely.
