The Minnesota Twins began their new series with the Texas Rangers last night in Arlington, TX. They kicked it off the right way and got a much-needed win over the depleted Rangers, 4-2. Josh Bell hit a three-run homer and Byron Buxton went yard for his 23rd bomb this season in the victory. The two teams play again tonight at 7:05pm on MLBTV.

WNBA

The Minnesota Lynx were at home last night hosting the Portland Fire. It was absolute domination for Minnesota as they routed Portland, 107-74. Seven different Lynx players were in double figures, and Natasha Howard led the way with 18 points. Minnesota will play again tomorrow night when they travel to play the Sparks in Los Angeles, CA at 9pm on WNBA League Pass.
