Mitchell Golf

The Kernel girls golf team has a big day today. They’ll be competing in their Varsity ESD Tournament at Moccasin Creek Country Club in Aberdeen, SD. Tee off is set for 10am.

MLB

The Minnesota Twins took on the Chicago White Sox yesterday afternoon looking to inch themselves closer to getting back to being a .500 team. Though they were unable to get past Chicago and fell by a score of 3-1. The loss ended the mini four-game winning streak for the Twins. Minnesota and Chicago will play again tonight at 6:40pm on MLBTV.

WNBA

The Minnesota Lynx return home tomorrow for their next game. They are going to host the Atlanta Dream in the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. Tipoff will be at 8pm on the USA Network.

NBA

The Conference Finals in the East have come to a close after a dominant 130-93 victory for the No. 3 seed New York Knicks over the No. 4 seed Cleveland Cavaliers. It’s a four-game sweep, and the Knicks now head back to the Finals for the first time since 1999. The WCF continues still though as the series is tied 2-2. Game 5 tonight will be the No. 2 seed San Antonio Spurs at the No. 1 seed Oklahoma City Thunder. Tipoff will be at 7:30pm on NBC/Peacock.
