MLB: The Minnesota Twins managed yet another series win after their 6-1 victory over the New York Yankees last night. Joe Ryan scattered three hits in seven scoreless innings, and the Twins won a series at Yankee Stadium for the first time since 2014. They have now won six of their last seven series’ dating back to the weekend of June 12-14 when they beat St. Louis in two of their three games. They will begin another series tomorrow night when they host the Cleveland Guardians at 6:40pm on MLBTV. 

WNBA: The Minnesota Lynx will return to the court tonight. It hasn’t been confirmed yet, but sooner rather than later Napheesa Collier will be joining them for game action to further bolster a roster that seems poised to make the WNBA Finals. Tonight, they will host the Connecticut Sun at the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. Tipoff is set for 7pm on WNBA League Pass.
