MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW)  Highway 38 is closed near the James River due to multiple grass fires.  The fires are said to be threatening residences in the Wild Oak Golf Course area.  Traffic is being turned back on Highway 38.  There are also multiple power lines down due to the high winds.
