MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Drivers in Mitchell should be prepared for delays as the Highway 37 reconstruction project moves forward. Two-way traffic is now running on the new southbound lanes, but the east sides of the Fair Oaks and 23rd Avenue intersections with Highway 37 remain closed until further notice.
