PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Governor Larry Rhoden is proposing zero-percent interest loans to help expand the Sioux Falls and Rapid City airports.  According to TTWN, he made the announcement Friday, alongside leaders from both airports.  Rhoden says the expansion will add more gates, flights, and destinations.  It will boost tourism and business across South Dakota.  The loans would come from unused state economic-development funds and carry no extra cost to taxpayers.
