A fourth person has been arrested and charged in connection to the August death of Paul Billion, according to the Sioux Falls Police Department. The 36-year old was found dead inside a home in the 1300 block of South Duluth Avenue. Billion had been dead for a few days when his body was found. An autopsy concluded that the manner of death was homicide by gunshot.

Three Sioux Falls residents are charged with first-degree murder: 19-year old Gbo Yuoh, 19-year old Thomas Tarley, and 18-year old Soteemon Poley. Bond was set at $1 million each. 19-year old Carnell Jimmerson, Jr. of Sioux Falls was charged with grand theft. His bond was set at $250,000.

A police detective was told that Billion had been overheard inviting random people that he just met over to his residence on Aug. 16 before midnight. He was shot three times. Police used surveillance footage and city cameras to identify the suspects. They say the crime appears to have started as a drug-related robbery that escalated.
