EBT Card Fraud Cases Continue to Rise in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) ,More cases of EBT card fraud are trickling into Sioux Falls police. A week ago police reported about 20 cases, but Police Information Officer Aaron Benson says it’s up from there.  State officials with the Department of Social Services said they had received about 350 cases. Skimming devices were discovered at the East Side Walmart and some Dollar General Stores, allowing scammers to collect card and password information.
