MITCHELL, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Congressman Dusty Johnson says he’s running in next year’s Republican primary for governor. Johnson participated in an ag policy forum at Dakotafest in Mitchell on Wednesday. He insists the decision doesn’t make him a lame duck in Congress.
