SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) Sioux Falls has had its economic struggles in recent years, but there are signs of a rebound in the making. The city boasts a best-in-the-nation-unemployment rate of 1.7-percent. City Finance Director Shawn Pritchett says one of the leading areas of improvement is in the construction industry.
