PIERRE, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley is warning of a rise in vape shops selling illegal products to minors, calling it a serious public safety issue. He says substances like Delta 8 and Delta 10 THC have already contributed to overdoses and require tougher enforcement. Lawmakers tightened loopholes last year, but Jackley says law enforcement is now stepping up efforts statewide. Penalties for illegal sales can carry sentences of up to ten years, depending on the substance and circumstances. For more Government stories from MitchellNow.com, Click Here.
