SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (MITCHELLNOW) The YMCA’s Tri-State Basketball Tournament returns for its 95th year this weekend. It’s the oldest consecutive youth basketball tournament in the country. The gym at the Sioux Falls YMCA is one of 14 sites in the area for this year’s tournament. Second through eighth-grade boys and girls take part in the event that includes nearly a hundred teams. Games are happening all day today and tomorrow.
