Two Women Stopped With 99 Pounds Of Marijuana In Davison County Plead Not Guilty

Two women who were stopped in Davison County just outside of Mitchell last month with 99 pounds of marijuana and 3 pounds of THC wax pleaded not guilty yesterday. Trial dates were set for April for 34-year old Amanda Harmon of Louisville, Kentucky, and 30-year old Anna Linscott-Zask of Sandisfield, Massachusetts. The women face several charges from the December 23rd stop on I-90 including possession with intent to distribute and possession of more than 10 pounds of marijuana. The 99-pounds of marijuana were divided into one-pound baggies. The two women each face up to 45 years in prison if convicted on all counts. Their bonds were reduced from $15,000 to $5,000 cash bonds.
