An educational trip to Italy for four Mitchell Technical Institute Culinary Academy instructors has been postponed. The four, along with the school district food service director, were scheduled to depart on Saturday for an 8-day learning trip with the Stillwater Foundation of Rapid City. The postponement is due to recent State Department travel advisories.
