The Mitchell Planning and Zoning Commission meets at noon today at City Hall in downtown Mitchell.  Today’s agenda includes a hearing and action on an ordinance changing the district classification of property currently owned by Avera Queen of Peace for the Ridge View On Foster development.  The area would be developed for workforce housing.  The issue was tabled last month by the commission after more than 50 residents in that area submitted letters opposed to the project.
