Mitchell City Council To Meet Monday Evening

The Mitchell City Council meets this evening at 6:00 PM at City Hall in downtown Mitchell. The council will consider approving a quitclaim deed which would transfer a piece of property at 503 South Burr Street to the Mitchell Area Development Corporation. The city has no use for the property near Dry Run Creek. The council will also discuss the possible expansion of fireworks for the 4th of July holiday.
