Mitchell City Council Approves New Human Resources Director

During a special Mitchell City Council meeting yesterday, Elizabeth Kitchens was named the new human resources manager for the City of Mitchell.  Kitchens has served as the human resources manager and Title IX assistant at Mitchell Technical Institute since 2012.  She will begin her new role with the city on Monday.  Kitchens replaces Billie Kelly, who retired last month.
