SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — The cause of death of a woman at the Minnehaha County Jail has not yet been determined. Warden Mike Mattson says 31-year-old Jordin Lea Eichmann was found unresponsive in her cell early Wednesday. Jail, medical staff and paramedics could not revive her. Mattson says she had been booked into the jail that morning on a misdemeanor charge related to child support. Authorities say foul play is not suspected in her death. The Argus Leader reports a Facebook page for Emily’s Hope Sober Living house says Eichmann was the mother of three who was waiting on a spot reserved her her at the treatment facility.
