Governor Orders Flags To Be Flown At Half-Staff In Honor Of Memorial Day

PIERRE, S.D. – Governor Kristi Noem today ordered that flags be flown at half-staff in honor of Memorial Day from sunrise until sundown on Monday, May 25. President Donald J. Trump has proclaimed that flags be lowered to half-staff nationwide.
