Davison County Has One New COVID-19 Case

Between Monday and Tuesday, there were 71 new cases of the COVID-19 virus in South Dakota according to state health officials.  The state’s positive case total now stands at 1,755.  There was also another death, bringing the state’s total to 8.  The death was in Minnehaha County.  Davison County added a positive test bringing the county’s total to 4.  Officials would not disclose the sex or the age range of the individual.  There have been 100 people hospitalized in the state from the virus and 11,060 negative tests in South Dakota.
