The Triangle Method, also known as The Triangle Trick, The Triangle Thing, The Triangle Technique or Triangular Gazing, is a slang term referring to a flirtation tactic done through coordinated eye contact in the shape of a triangle, going from the subject’s right eye to left eye and then to the lips.

The “Triangle Method” was discussed on TikTok starting in 2022, often referenced as a means to achieving Unspoken Rizz. It was first coined by pick-up artists in the early 2010s and then discussed on Reddit and YouTube initially.
