UPDATE: Man Eating Nothing But McDonald’s for 100 Days Shares Surprise Health Update

A man who has vowed to eat nothing but McDonald’s for 100 days has revealed that he has lost a total of 34 pounds in just 44 days and has lowered his cholesterol as he nears the halfway point of his experiment.

The man has been chronicling his weight-loss journey on TikTok after announcing in late February that he would be ordering breakfast, lunch, and dinner from McDonalds for the next 3 months.

Per the rules he set for himself, he is only allowed to eat half of what he orders, but he has free reign to get whatever he wants, including dessert. He also adheres to eating just three meals a day without snacks and drinking water instead of soda.

He weighed 238 pounds when he started and now he’s at 204.
