A llama escaped his owner’s property in Maine and went for a walk around the neighborhood in an attempt to avoid having its teeth cleaned.

The owner said she opened Jeffrey’s pen to allow a veterinarian to come in and clean the llama’s teeth, but it escaped. The woman said Jeffrey returned on his own later that day.

She said he wasn’t sure exactly where he went but returned from a different direction than he escaped in.
