Driver Used HOV Lane With Inflatable GRINCH

A woman in Arizona was busted driving in the carpool lane with an inflatable Grinch.

Police snapped a photo of the moment as proof and wrote, “While we appreciate the festive flair, this is illegal & the driver received a citation for the HOV violation.”
