104-Year-Old Woman Hopes To Set Record As Oldest Person To Skydive

A 104-year-old Chicago woman is hoping to set a record for being the oldest person to ever jump out of a plane. On Sunday, the woman made a tandem jump from 13,500 feet in the air.

After landing, the woman said age is just a number and the jump was delightful and couldn’t have been better. Her first skydiving adventure was actually four years ago after she turned 100.

The Guinness World Record for the oldest skydiver was set in May 2022 by a 103-year-old woman from Sweden.
