SNIP
Spay and Neuter Incentive Program
SNIP is a program to assist needy people with the expense of spaying or neutering their pets. It is funded by a grant from the Mitchell Charitable Foundation and Mitchell Animal Rescue. It is based on financial need. If you qualify, you will receive a voucher for all or part of the cost of altering your pet. It can be taken to any vet clinic in Mitchell.
