Country band Rascal Flatts are set to be honored for their tireless charity work at a glitzy gala in Nashville.
The group will receive the Artist Humanitarian Award for their fundraising efforts during the annual Country Radio Seminar ceremony on Feb. 22.
In 2010, the group donated $3 million to the city's Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital. They also serve as spokespersons for suicide prevention organisation The Jason Foundation, and back the American Red Cross Celebrity Cabinet.
CRS Executive Director Bill Mayne says, "The board is very pleased to honour Rascal Flatts with the CRS Artist Humanitarian Award. They join a long, distinguished list of celebrities who have received this prestigious award since it was instated in 1990."
Previous recipients of the honor include Tim McGraw and wife Faith Hill, Trace Adkins, Brad Paisley and Reba McEntire.
