Mitchell Police Dept has sent out this release. There is a text message scam regarding debit cards asking to click a link to reactivate debit card. DO NOT click the link. It has come to our attention that there is a text scam currently going on in the Mitchell area. Text messages are being received on cell phones stating that account holders debit cards are closed and it has a link to reactivate the card. this is a scam. DO NOT click on the link. Delete the Message.
