The District 20 House of Representatives race has another candidate.  Mitchell Republican David Stevens has announced that he will run for a House seat.  Stevens has worked in the financial services industry, as a teacher, and is currently executive director of the Mitchell Area United Way.  All South Dakota legislative seats are up for grabs this November.  District 20 House member Tona Rozum plans to run for re-election, while Lance Carson is term-limited in the House and cannot run again.  Republican Joshua Klumb from Mount Vernon has also announced his candidacy for a House seat in District 20, which includes Aurora, Davison, and Jerauld counties.
