One of the people arrested for having a meth lab at a Mitchell apartment in July will cooperate with the state and will be allowed to go to a treatment facility in Sioux Falls.  20-year old Susan Normile of Mitchell pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance.  In exchange for the plea, a charge of unauthorized manufacture of a controlled substance was dropped.  Normile will cooperate in the prosecution of 38-year old Lindath Kendall Stone and 39-year old Donald Dale Kindt.  Normile and Kindt lived in the apartment with a one-year old child.  Stone stayed at the residence for a short time.  Normile will attend treatment at New Start in Sioux Falls.  Sentencing for Normile was set for October.  Kindt has pleaded not guilty to two charges against him.  A jury trial was scheduled for October.
