One of the people arrested for having a meth lab at a Mitchell apartment in July will cooperate with the state and will be allowed to go to a treatment facility in Sioux Falls. 20-year old Susan Normile of Mitchell pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. In exchange for the plea, a charge of unauthorized manufacture of a controlled substance was dropped. Normile will cooperate in the prosecution of 38-year old Lindath Kendall Stone and 39-year old Donald Dale Kindt. Normile and Kindt lived in the apartment with a one-year old child. Stone stayed at the residence for a short time. Normile will attend treatment at New Start in Sioux Falls. Sentencing for Normile was set for October. Kindt has pleaded not guilty to two charges against him. A jury trial was scheduled for October.
