The Mitchell School Board will consider approval of one of three financial proposals for the school district’s new fine arts center. Mitchell Superintendent Joe Graves will recommend the board accept the proposal from Edward Jones for just under 18.3 million dollars. That proposal is lower than proposals from D.A. Davidson Company and Dougherty and Company.
The board will also accept the resignation of school board member Rick Johnson. Johnson suffered a stroke last year.
Monday’s meeting begins at 5 pm in the commons area of L.B. Williams Elementary School.
