Mitchell Man Pleads Not Guilty To Stealing MTI Vehicle

A Mitchell man accused of stealing a propane truck from Mitchell Technical Institute has pleaded not guilty to two felony charges.  26-year old Kelly Joe Watts is charged with intentional property damage and grand theft.  He is accused of stealing the truck in June, driving it through a fence at MTI, and rolling it in Bon Homme County.  Watts faces a maximum of twenty years in prison.  A jury trial has been set for October.
