Mitchell Company Creates Headache-Relieving Lens

The Headache Center of Neurology Associates of Sioux Falls has announced that it is using technology and marketing a product developed by a Mitchell company.  EyeBrain Medical makes a new kind of lens called NeuroLens which will relieve the pain of a specific kind of headache resulting from improper alignment of vision.  Dr. Jeff Krall of Mitchell developed the technology.  The announcement was made yesterday at a press conference for the grand opening of the Headache Center in Sioux Falls.  Governor Daugaard attended the press conference and said he was encouraged that the innovative new approach was created in South Dakota.  The state provided a low-interest loan to EyeBrain Medical in the amount of 181,000 dollars.  The Mitchell Area Development Corporation provided a loan in the same amount.
