PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — Two women face arson and burglary charges for a fire that took place in a Huron restaurant last week.

31-year-old Julia Lopez and 55-year-old Kathleen Wollman have been charged with second degree arson and third degree burglary.

The Huron women are free on bond.

It wasn’t immediately clear on Monday if the women have legal representation.

Officials say a fire at the Tailgate Restaurant Thursday night was arson attempting to conceal a burglary.

The extent of the damage to the restaurant is still being determined. Part of the burned building has smoke damage. All the stored food in the restaurant was considered ruined.
