Swift added in a caption, “Meet Olivia Benson,” a name in honor of Mariska Hargitay’s detective character on “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” which the singer has previously cited as one of her favorite TV shows.

She told Teen Vogue, “If I could have dinner with anyone it would be Detective Olivia Benson from ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.’ I sit in my apartment and watch hours of that show. So I sort of feel like me and Olivia are BFFs (best friends forever).”

The kitten joins Swift’s other beloved cat, Meredith, who was named after Grey’s Anatomy surgeon Meredith Grey, played by Ellen Pompeo.
