Songs from films as diverse as “All is Lost,” “Austenland,” “Frozen,” “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug,” and “The Great Gatsby” have the chance to make Oscars history next year after making it to the Academy Awards long list.

Seventy-five songs from eligible feature-length motion pictures released in 2013 are in contention for nominations in the Original Song category for the 86th annual Oscars.

“The Great Gatsby” and “Kamasutra 3D” lead the list with five songs apiece, followed by “Austenland” with four mentions.

The nominations list will be announced on Jan. 16 and the Best Song Oscar will be handed out on March 2.
