Scotland Woman Wins $10,000 Powerball Prize

A Scotland woman has claimed her $10,000 Powerball prize.  South Dakota lottery officials say Pamela Cokeley matched four of five white ball numbers and the Powerball to win the third prize in Saturday’s drawing.  The odds of winning are about one in 649,000.  The jackpot currently sits at $40 million for Wednesday night’s drawing.
