More than 500 students, staff, and faculty are signed up to take part in Dakota Wesleyan University’s Service Day: National Day of Service on Tuesday. About 1,300 man hours will be spent at various project sites around Mitchell. In addition, due to a grant that was awarded to the college, DWU will give out eight gift certificates for local organizations to purchase trees. This is the fourth year that DWU has organized Service Day.
